Hey reef peeps! So I was about to feed my fish when I came across these layering of eggs and can’t identify what kind they are? Invert wise I only have hermit crabs and nerite snails. I’m guessing it’s nerite snail eggs but not sure and only fish that would be able to breed would be my clowns so if anyone could tell me their best guess would be much appreciated!!

Are you sure you only have nerites and hermit crabs? Those are definitely mollusk eggs from either a sea snail or sea slug of some kind. They could potentially be Cerith eggs, but they're definitely not Nerite eggs.

Could you post a picture of these "nerite snails"?
