Hello, I recently got in a shipment of leathers and found on the bottom of one of the frags, these growing. I'm having a hard time trying to identify what they are

1st photo angle made it look like tunicates, but your other photos are not a tunicate shape ive seen before.

I ran it through an ai photo search and it said the following, but take this with some skepticism…

The image displays a clutch of aquarium snail eggs (most likely from a Ramshorn snail or a Bladder/Pond snail) stuck to the glass or a substrate. [1]

Egg Development Stage
These eggs are fairly far along in their development. Instead of looking like a clear, uniform blob of jelly, you can distinctly see the individual transparent capsules containing developing embryos. The small dark or purple spots inside each sack are the baby snails forming their tiny shells and bodies. They are likely only a few days away from hatching. [1, 2, 3]

Ramshorn are freshwater so take that with … salt. Get it? Idk.

Tunicates come in all shapes and sizes and are beneficial. They are hard to keep alive sometimes so I'd just leave them.
