Help in identifying

I think the other things that looks like fleas are pods.

The dark thing in the first and fourth photo might be a Stomatella snail, which is a keeper. I can’t see anything in the second and third, unless the snail has burrowed into the sand?

Most of my Stomatella are light coloured, but I do have a few black ones.

Are they good for the tank mate?
Looked like they might’ve been eating the brown algae/diatoms
