Help?? Is this normal?

Sandy our juvenile seahorse has been hanging out at the bottom of the tank. In the pics you can see her actually wrapped around a snail. He is not horizontal he is still up right. He has been eating normal. Just started acting like this the past couple hours. Is this normal or is this a sign of help?

Now back in. The seaweed. Is this normal to be hanging out at the bottom? We’ve had him going on 2 months and this is new behavior.

I wouldn't worry too much. Your seahorse just got curious and hitched a ride on the snail. The awkward position is just because of the snail shell shape.
