I just recently got a small baby Koran, he’s been in the tank for a week and today I noticed him laying on his side and when he tried to swim he ends up swimming upside down I put him in a little quarantine tank what can I do ? Is it swim bladder ?

Not much can be done at this point. It is likely too late.

What you can do is try and determine what went wrong so you can have success next time.

Post full parameters, tank details/history, and pictures are always helpful.

Could use a video to see what you describe but fish may be moribund in which it will not eat or swim normal moving forward
It can stem from shock, injury or internal
You can add air stone to give it a level of comfort
Video will confirm- you tube video works best

Tanks been cycled for a few months, haven’t had any fish deaths since starting the tank
Ph - 7.91
Alkalinity- around 8ish
Nitrate and nitrate both reading 0
Ammonia 0

All my other fish seem to be fine and my corals as well

If indeed illness extra care should be given to remaining fish. However, if this is a wild caught fish cyanide could be the culprit. Videos and pics as Vetteguy asked for can help.

Tank looks to be lacking flow and oxygenation. Possibly stocked too fast as well. Can’t tell the size of tank for sure but looks too small for hippo tang and Koran angel.

I have the filter and flow turned off since I have the Koran at the top in that enclosure while I try to figure out what to do, it’s a 60 gallon tank with a 20 gallon sump the fish have been in there for over a month now the Koran was the last addition to the tank my LFS was having a sale so I picked it up. Plan on upgrading the tank once the fish start to get bigger
