Help Light Ramping

Sent you guys an email but was hoping you would see this first. I have 1 photon v2 and a photon v2+. I just upgraded the photon v2 to the v2+ and both are hooked up to the same controller. It doesn't look like the ramping is working properly on the light. They are off sync and the red bulbs on the upgraded light definitly didn't ramp. Any ideas why? Both of these pics were taken at the same time.

I actually think the unit is ramping at the old hourly rate. The whites were on also but should have been off. Help......
