Help! Macroalgae melting!

My macroalgae in my refugium have started to melt (I.ee. Turning brown, but mostly translucent). Could this be due to a lack of trace minor elements like iron?

I’m running sufficient lights (Kessil A80) and my nutrients are 25ppm nitrates and 0.1ppm phosphates.

I’m thinking of adding more flow to the refugium since there is moderate flow, but recently the diatom bloom has been smothering and covering everything.

Any suggestions?

How deep is the tank? The light is only 15 watts so I'm not sure, I've never used a low wattage light before. My macro algae has a 60 watt light and high flow. Again I'm not sure how important lighting is to macro algae, but I think flow is very important. When I started I had too low flow and algae started growing on my macro algae, that stopped as soon as I added stronger flow.

I would try some cheatogro. It has the trace minerals necessary to meet the needs for most macros.
