Help me analyze my ICP

So these are the highlights of my ICP (screenshot below), the rest are in range. However for context I added a bunch of big colonies from a guy shutting his tank down. They were unhappy ever since I put them in and I figured it was from the move. Probably 3 weeks after putting them in they all started to STN and one of my colonies that was doing great for a long time also just died. I only have 2 of my sps colonies left which is a Slimer and presumably untouchable and some pink and green Milli. My LPS seem unphased and all look incredibly happy. Though I noticed my green torch which is a huge colony with 2 dead heads so I'm worried that's starting to go. I went through my pumps and noticed my water mixing bin (for water changes) pump the impeller rod had some slight rust on it, and another with my scrubber pump. I replaced those pumps. I noticed my skimmer pump that the pump cord must have been vibrating and was frayed so I replaced that also. It was strange because my ph had shot up to 8.6 which is probably what killed everything. My guess is it was some electrolysis situation going on with the fray cord. All my levels seem to have stabilized. See my levels in attached screenshot, what do you guys think I need to do or what's ultimately destroying my tank. I just replaced my skimmer pump that's why the sudden jump in ph. My tank water was cloudy a bit today too. Not sure why could be a random bacteria bloom. My tank has been up and established for 5 years

From your Apex, can you show the graphs (timeline "all") for your pH, Alk, and Temp?

What is your salinity and what are you measuring with?

While some of the ICP numbers are a bit off, none of them look like full tank death levels of off.

My bet would be something in the graphs I asked for or a bacterial issue with too many new coral at once.

Yes, salinity is quite low.

Copper is substantial, but I’ve had it that high without issue.
