I've been fighting algae in my tank for a bit, decided to buy a microscope to ID it. I've attached some photos any help would be appreciated!

I'd give it a few more days and then adjust the flow rate if you're not seeing significant improvement.
Looks like it's finally gone. Just have what appears to be hair algae!! Appreciate all the help you've given!! Ime about to go through and pick as much off the rocks as I can.

Great news! I would run the UV for a couple of more weeks and monitor slides. If you can't find any Ostreopsis after 2 weeks you can remove the UV!
