Help me make the switch.

Hi. Everybody. I am trying to switch from all for reef, to all for reed 4 parts, i need more control over my numbers, and higher Ph, and all for reef while it has been great for the 1 year and 4 months iv been using it. I need to control my alk individually.

Right now i dose 53ml/ 24 hours dose 2.21ml/hour.

When i switch to redsea 4 part. How do i know how much to dose or how do i start ? My tank is 150G total water volume
