based know e pm conversation with the resident expert (Mojo) I have been looking hard at the cs2 for my 45 reef (65total water with sump and fuge.) I have not come across many if any reviews except for the seller reviews. It seems to be better water volume on its pump, but lower air intake than the bubble blaster pumps.
if this translates to lower skim output, I am not sure, but cost comparison shows it to be decent, and the cost of a pump seems to be the largest factor, so from that end it seems that the cs2 is the better value $4$.
Then again, I am running a remora or a coralife 125in its stead, soo not the greatest cause for comparison....
