I needed to pressurize my reactor because the effluent line from my reactor (well in the case of the avast reactor) was lower than the input of my sump and i keep the reactor a few feet away from the sump.

If i remember i'll take some additional pictures tonight. My tank is a 150 with a 60 gallon sump with a total water volume of about 160 gallons. Ive had the stirrer online since the beginning of July and i've added KW to it twice and will be adding more this weekend. I add less than 1 cup every 6 weeks or so. I use my Apex for the pump schedule and the pump runs for 10 minutes every 6 hours, the code is as follows:
Fallback OFF
OSC 000:00/010:00/360:00 Then ON

I have a Kore 5th doser, i route a line from my auto top off container through the doser and into the input of the nilsen reactor. This way i only have to fill one container with RO water.
I route the output of the reactor directly to my sump. I'll verify my dosing schedule when I get home.

Thank you. Will be waiting to see the pictures of the setup. I have something similar in mind.

Have you checked alk and pH before and after that dosing? Seems like quite a bit at once.

I dose 1 second every 1 minute 29seconds scheduled via my apex using a spectrapure standalone peristaltic pump which runs around 250ml/minute I believe.

Fallback OFF
Set OFF
OSC 001:29/000:01/000:00 Then ON
If Outlet vPH_High_C7 = ON Then OFF
If Outlet vSumpHigh_A7 = ON Then OFF
If FeedD 120 Then OFF

Doing it this way has stabilized my alkalinity levels considerably and overall boosted my pH levels collectively more then when I ran kalk in my ATO even though I'm dosing less overall then the evaporation rate.

When I fill my tote up with new water and stir up the slurry I hit the Feed D mode to delay the dosing a couple hours to allow it the settle back down.

Nevermind, I believe I'm reading the quoted post wrong. That's the stirrer's timer not the dosing timer correct? Or as I'm re-re-reading it it is the doser?

Thats correct, its just the stirrer code.
My doser is programmed to drop 24 doses per day, roughly 47 ml per dose for a total of 1125 ml per day. This seems to keep alk / calc in check at an 8.1 ph.

This is perfect! Thank you. I will wait for a good deal on the PM reactor during the next month's holiday sales.

Nice, be sure to pick up an extra impeller for the pump. Mine hasnt failed yet but it will and it will be nice to have on hand when it does.
