Please help. I am new to saltwater fish and found my yellow Tang this morning looking like this! What do you think this is and how should I treat my tank/fish?

Welcome to R2R! Although I wish it were under better circumstances. It appears your fish have velvet. A marine parasite. Do you have the ability to setup a quarantine? Unfortunately time is not on your side. You're going to have to setup a quarantine and treat with copper power asap.

I agree with this. A metheleyne blue and then freshwater bath should help with gill damage and provide some immediate relief but you'll need to act quickly. Welcome to R2R, I also wish it was under better circumstances :(

When to mix up fish meal: When was the last time you tried a different brand of food for your reef?
