Help please

I have a small blue face angel I picked up from DD. I have had him in QT for well over a month now. He was with an emperor in the same QT that had flukes for sure. Doing all the head thrashing and stopped eating and died. The blue face however eats like a pig and has a cloudy eye I can not get rid of. I have had him in prazi 3 times now for 10 days each time. Every time except for the last his eye looked like it was clearing up. After the 10th day it never went away started looking almost tore up a little bit but still cloudy. Nothing in tank but some big pvc. What is going on here someone help me out. I've had him in qt for like 6 weeks now at least.

Did he ever get into a fight with the emperor before he passed? It sounds like an injury happened

That would be my thought is that he scratched his eye on something. Do a good look over to see if there is any sign of velvet or ich - One of my tangs had a very cloudy eye that turned into velvet. He healed up after we started running copper.

No the emp was looking super peaceful. I'll start running a dose of copper on him and see if it clears up I guess.
