HELP REEF-PI HAT (Goby) Issues...

Hi, I have upgraded my Raspberry PI to a P3, and added a GOBY hat, before I was just using the pins with no hat, seems that my when I put my lights and bring up the new Pi 3 only the blue turn on and very dim no white, I'm thinking the pins are different and need to reconfigure my Connectors.

Please any help is appreciated it.

Here is the HAT I'm using and seem the black wire Ground is on the far left, and the plugs has the ground in the middle. Also do I need to power up the HAT with separate power supply 5v ? or is it getting power from the Pi 3

I out back my old Pi Zero and whites are not coming on, my assumption i messed up the boards on my VipraSpectra lights, if the wiring is correct I fed power through the ground ...

Maybe get some feedback from @bishoptf ?
