Help? Setting up AI Prime HD’S

Hi all,
I‘m just plugging in my 2 primes and starting to set a schedule. One of the lights seems to be acting as I’d expect, but the other isn’t coming on. The indicator light on the top of the unit is flashing red/green. Is that an indication that something is wrong?? Or did I do something wrong?
the app says both lights are connected?

Red / green means it’s still trying to connect I believe.. Did you just try doing a factory reset and setting it up again.?

Yes try factory reset when I bought my 3 16hds one wouldn’t connect. Had to contact ai and submit a claim as my lfs says that’s the policy with them. Good luck

Thanks guys. Contacted AI yesterday when I noticed in the app the status of the light says “fan fault”.
