Help torch won't open completely

I added two power heads to up my flow in a 100 gallon tank 60" long I previously had two 700gph then added two 850gph for a total flow of 3,100 GPH now my torch doesn't open fully, do I have to much flow in the tank for lps corals oh my trumpet is acting a little weird to sometimes open sometimes not my acan's and blastoumous are doing great as well as all of my zoas and Duncan, so my question is should I turn a pump off or what to do water parameters are PH 8.2 natrate .5 ppm nitrite 0 ammonia 0 ca 460 phosphate 0 any help will be greatly appreciated

Light hasn't changed what should I do about flow everyone has always told me at least 20-30x the gallons can I go under and still be ok like say dropping 700gph
