Cycling a tank , it’s been about 2 months now , does anyone know what these bumps in the sand are ? Almost look like air bubbles , is it normal ? Or is it anything to worry about ?

Can you get a close up of where the sand is right up against the tank? Do you see anything moving?

I don't see anything wrong. Your sandbed will end up with both chemical and biological activity producing gasses and biomass that may accumulate or cause textures, etc.
