Help with 100 gallons shallow fowlr tank stocking/equipment

Hey guys, this is my first time on reef2reef and im going to setup a 100 gallon estuary tank inspired by australian aquarists tank in the image below, would this be an appropriate stocking list?

Valentini or blue spotted puffer
auriga butterfly
convict tang
diamond goby
1-4 mono argentus
a small wrasse or 2 clown fish
a dwarf angel or some sergeant majors,

Would a fluval FX4 canister and a macro aqua m100 skimmer along with 2 jebao slw 20s and a jebao scp be sufficient.

that macro aqua skimmer will flood your home, there's a reason that its far cheaper than everything else. Invest in something better like the aquamaxx.

Do you think I need a skimmer for my tank early on because as you say the macro aqua one is very cheap but I cant really afford a more expensive one. Im down in new zealand and an aquamaxx hob is like $1000 nzd which is crazy money

Ignore the last reply, I have decided im willing to spend more on a skimmer, would. a reef octopus Classic 1000-HOB be alright?

I've never tried reef octopus but it has an excellent reputation.

The aqua macro flooded my living room twice before I trashed it, and I've heard others report the same.

I reckon im going to go with a recirculating skimmer and have it next to my display on a shelf at the same height because all of the hob skimmers I have found are too small for my tank/bioload and have bad reviews about how ugly they are and leakage and stuff. I know recirculating skimmers can still leak but from what i've read its less likely
