This was a few days ago. I did a 10% wc yesterday and I also started dosing the same day I tested the results in the pic.

Salinity is 1.025, alk is now about 7.7 so it's moving up but my calcium won't even test. I belive maybe it's under 300 at this point or less.

I'm dosing calcium 8x a day 10ml total and alkalinity 8x a day 12ml total. Not sure if I shoukd chnage the schedules or what. What would be best practice?

Not sure my magnesium levels i just ordered a test kit will be here this weekend.

I have a 62 gal aio, mixed reef. 4 smaller sps frags, 6 larger lps and zoas. My tank is definitely using alk because it dropped 6.4 down to 6 in 24 hours.

Please help.
Please

Alk a little low and cal not bad in your posted test. Alk and cal deplete proportionally for the most part. Sometimes slightly different. Magnesium depletes at 1/ 10th the rate of the other 2. I dose alk and cal in equal portions daily and Magnesium once a week.

I'm testing with a saliftert. I put in my chemical and it pretty much goes straight to purple/blue

Nevertheless, the calcium did not drop 80 ppm or more in a few days (unless you added more than 11 dKH of alk during that time). Maybe the first was wrong, or both are wrong now.

Don't just accept unlikely results with hobby kits. They can give erroneous values for all sorts of reasons.

Try the kit on some new salt water.
