Help with Apex

mt Apex are showing an alert saying “a module is running outdated software”
What Do I need to do? My firmware is up to date.
Can someone help me? Thanks.

Then you need to go into the Web interface then go into modules
And in the modules section you will see where it says update firmware
While your in there go towards the bottom of the page you can see what modules you have and if they are updated

Ok! I will try it. I tried looking on my iphone and it doesnt seem to work. I will look later on on my laptop

Yes you have to login using a laptop or PC or Mac
You need to know the IP address of the controller

Now remember that IP address and go into the network module and change the password

No matter what I do, I always show two displays and both of them show as having outdated software. Other than that, my display works perfectly.
