My first tank of this size, 180 gallon dual overflow by aqueon. Sump I made out of an aqueon 55 gallon with 1/4" acrylic baffles. This project has taken me about 6 weeks to get to this point and many many trips to lowes. I hard plumbed it with 1" pipe. Made my own half canopy to cover the ugly...www.reef2reef.com
