Help with Ecosmartlive and Vortechs

I can't get ecosmartlive to detect my Vortech pumps.

What could be the problem?
ReefLink is connected. It sees my Radion.

Is there something I can do to make them detectable?
W is blue on MP10 and W is white on MP40 QD.

Update the legacy firmware on your vortechs.

I updated it a long Tina ago. Do I need to do again after a reset?

Hmmm, I would try again. is everything updated like your reeflink etc?

Per ecotech I had to do the following:
Remove pumps from ecosmartlive.
On each pump separately, press and hold Mode and Set
Then hit and hold set
Then press and hold mode and Option/power.

Then go to EcosmartLive and discover pumps.

There is a lot more to this Story but right now I'm biting my tongue to give them a chance to redeem themselves.

You have to set them as legacy as previously stated. Put your reef link on wifi and plug it in under your stand. It took me hours to figure out that the 15' from my office to my tank was too far for the legacy upgrade.
