hi guys , me again. … 
looking for answers lol with a shty camera. So there are 2 little things popped up , it’s either pineapple sponges 
or aptasia .. I had 3 and I hit one with a couple drops of hot RO water lol and it’s gone. Because I at first thought it was aptasia. Then I started thinking maybe they are sponges. Since I just got all the little spiral worms. 3 month old tank. All beautiful signs of life. My fish and coral are living their best life. Sorry my pics are garbage. Thanks , as always for your attempts,, for all I know it’s both lol one sponge and 1 algae ?
