Help with identification

Greeting first post R2R. Trying to find some help in identifing some nuisance algae. Nearing point frustration with my tank. Red seareefer 270. Lights Hydra 26hd. Been battling cyano outbreak for months now. Multiple treatments with chemi clean. Using RODI TDS 0.
Parameters Nitrates 1-2 PO4 0.01 (likely being consumed using phosguard) ph8.1 alk 9.3 ca 420.

Started this week with peroxide seems to have made it worse.

Finally got my hand on microscope
This are the images I got looks like diatoms and cyano dont know species. i any one can help out and recs would be apreciated.

Need help Identifying this. Thanks in advance.

This little triangle things look like a type of diatoms.

I saw one cell that looked like a dino in one of the slides, but that's the only one i could see.

Some of the other looks like gha.
