Help with identifying coral frags

I picked up some frags from LFS yesterday .I usually take some notes but the grandson distracted me a few time and I didn't. I used AI to assist me with identification.I thought it best to come to the people actually in the hobby to make sure I will care for the corals properly. Any help identifying these is greatly appreciated I have the as in ordered pictured
1) Micromussa lordhowensis (Micromussa lordhowensis) Acan Lord
2) Duncan Coral (Duncanopsammia axifuga) or possibly Candy Cane coral or Trumpet coral
3)Zoanthid Coral (Zoanthus spp.) or Button Polyps (Palythoa spp.)
4)Favites sp. ???
5)Elephant Ear Mushroom Coral (Amplexidiscus fenestrafer)

The 3rd pic heads look like a blasto to me. I don’t see a duncan. Zoanthid an palythoa can be a wormhole but I think calling those zoanthids are fine. And the last one is tougher from far away but it looks like a psammocora to me not a mushroom. But super cool encruster in my opnion.

Thanks ! I had a ,what you identified as a psammocora ,before I moved and had to re-home the livestock. I thought it was a mushroom then as well. that coral was doing very well.

Nice! Hopefully it does well again! It’s hard for me to make out, but it looks like an encrusting SPS to me at first. Psammocora was just my first guess.

Since the frag plug is already encrusted Im going to glue it to a separate piece of rock & keep it in the same area as I did last time.
