Help with Lyngbya please

I’ve been battling Lyngbya in my tank for nearly a year now and it’s getting to the point where I’m thinking of starting from scratch again. The most recent thing I did was a seven day black out that totally cleared the tank, I added loads of copepods to increase bio diversity, live phytoplankton and extra clean up crew. Tank is a 75 litre red sea nano and I’m dosing all4reef.

The rocks and sand are fairly clear but the back panel is covered in Lyngbya which today I cleaned off before a water change and I am currently bubble scrubbing the tank to help remove the stuff from the water column.

Latest stats are -
KH 7.3 been stable
Ca 400 ranges between 400 - 440
Mg 1200 stable
PO4 0.03 been stable, could be lower it’s a salifert test kit definitely a tinge of blue present
NO3. 2 has been fairly stable at 5 previously.

Any help and advice appreciated, really need to beat this thing.

What about trying waste away, microbacter clean, hydrogen peroxide?

It certainly is frustrating, that growth on the back panel happened in a week. Luckily it's only a small tank so easy to clean up but it is getting very tedious now. Looking at adding microbacter 7 to increase the bio diversity, I'm sure I am in this situation because I started with dead rock so a very sterile environment.

I dose Microbactor7 everyday, I always have since day one. My tank started with dry rock. I have been using it for decades, knock on wood no significant algae issues.
Having a small tank does have its benefits.
