What's up with this little bubble on my hammer. Is it ok?

Any brown goo coming out? if so it's BJD.....if not check your Alk....if that's ok....it may be ready to grow a new head...if nothing happens then it's probably ok and the bubble will go away eventually ...it does happen....

They sometimes do this. Idk why but doesn't seem to be detrimental. Maybe someone else who knows more can add info but just leave it be.

Many think it's triggered by a change of parameters in the water.
How long is your tank running?
When is the last time you did a water change and how often?
Test results from the last days can determine the change in parameter, that is if you have any to look into?

Btw, maybe a MOD can move this to the LPS forum, you posted this in the SPS forum, no biggie but you might get more hits on from LPS hobbyist.

Mine do that when they split heads.

I've had Euphyllia corals double, if not triple in size and I've never experienced a bubble like that before. Like mentioned above though, it doesn't seem to be detrimental to the coral at all. The link below might help.
