I was looking for some at the lfs but didn't have anything. Lfs by me is more of a pet store than I fish store. Next closest one is a little over 2 hours away

It's been back I. The tank for about 15 minutes now. I followed a link that was posted in this thread.

According to what I have read the dip should be almost black.

I use the seachem dip also. And follow the instructions on the bottle. If that doesn't work, and your parameters are in check using good test kits, my next thing would be lighting, and if there are any other corals in the tank that could be releasing toxins. Maybe loose current as well.

Sorry I didn't see this earlier. Actually looking a lot better. Stopped losing flesh. So thats a plus, but I've lost almost two inches in the past 4 days or so.

Day two after the dip and the hammer is looking great. Hasn't lost anymore flesh so I'm happy and hopeful so is the hammer
