Help with programming light 1-6-1 method!!!

I have a nicrew romote for my nicrew 65w light in my tideline aio 31 gallon lagoon tank! The romote i have to program manually theres no smartphone function! Im trying to program my romote with the "1-6-1" light method. 1 hour ramp up, 6 hrs peak, 1 hr ramp down. I have at least 30 corals in my tank 10 nano fishes. Its a mixed reef mostly LPS n Softy corals with a few acros that are surprisingly surviving in my tank! Anyone able to help me setup my remote light with step by step help? I'm a new reefer 6 months in and stilll a lil slow to certain things in the hobby! From the 1hr ramp up to the 6hr peak n 1hr ramp down what % of color i should have at? For example % of white light, blue light, violet etc. Please someone help me the preset lights are too strong it will damage my corals if i use it. Thank you so much! Heres some pic n video of my tank just to show you guys what I'm doing so far. I like it more blue but how much of other colors should i add to my light program n %?

Why only 6 hour peak? I give my corals 12 hours peak, even chatgpt says to offer corals at least 8 hours. Personally I would turn up to 100% for the peak period, I use a 100 watt nicrew on my 32 gallon set at 75%

Oh so i thought the ramp up n ramp down 1hr is also consider as a whole hr lol so id count the 6hr peak plus the 1 hr ramp up/down so that doesnt consider as 8hrs? Lol sorry I'm slow. I appreciate your help! It seems like we using same light n similar tank! With my mixed corals lps, softy, n afew arcos. How many hours you think i need for my tank? Can you show me a pic of your settings on your remote? Please help me with the settings its so confusing thank you for your help!

Oh n i work late so when i get home its dark already my lights are off. So i would turn it back on low light for another 2hrs just so i can feed extra or look at my tank. Should i not do that?

Before i was using the pro setting on the remote. Over time i feel like it was too much light for some of my corals n overtime some got injured or started acting funny or became unhealthy because of too much high light from the pro settings

I see! So i started doing that too with a smart plug i only set it for 8hrs than it shuts off. When i get home i turn if on for another 2hrs low light that makes it total of 10hrs a day. Been good with that settings but i read ramping up n down with peak hrs are better.

I wouldn't do that. Once you decide total hours, start with the time you'd like the lights to go off, then count backward. There is no rule stating you must turn on your lights at dawn or some other morning hour. Have the lights work to your schedule.

The ratio of blue to white is a personal preference, like adding salt in your soup. You should be aware of your PAR ranges and zones for each type of coral you have. See if you can rent a PAR meter from a local place or reef club.

Maybe not right away since you are currently at a lower photo period. Maybe ramp it up a few hours over the course of a 2-3 week period.
Plus I understand you have a life schedule that you are set on. A compromise between the tanks requirements and your viewing is usually worked out .

I'd recommend that you post your intended changes from AI here for critique before implementing. AI has a tendency to sound expert all the time, but give awful advice sometimes. In the end, you of course decide what to do. I wouldn't entrust the lives of the animals in my charge to AI at this point in time.

Yes, perfectly fine. Your fish will forage all day then be happy to see you when you get home.
