Thank you so much my friend. I appreciate all the info you’ve shared with me. I followed through on all of your advice and couldn’t be happier with the outcome
Of course!! I’ve seen, and personally experienced a few too many tanks starting to fail at the seams due to stand setup to take the subject lightly!

In fact, here’s the most intense leveling job I’ve personally ever done, as of a few days ago; 1/16” thick polycarbonate strips (a relatively “soft” plastic), ground down to mirror tile joint imperfections on the bottom face while keeping the top face of each strip within .05 degree of dead level… I then welded tabs to the inside edges to fasten the custom ground leveling shims directly to the stand bottom without having any 316 grade stainless steel decking finish screw heads facing the tile…

it’s probably the best possible way to do it (for a stand without leveling feet, on a tile floor), but also by-far the most grueling!

(Front strip is continuous for full tank span to prevent general debris from getting under stand, inset 1” to make it impossible to see, air gaps at side and rear joints to let the wood stand’s bottom framing breathe/evaporate any spilled water… there will be further details on that and more coming soon in a build thread about this particular tank!)
