Help with scopas tang

Hey everyone. I noticed these spots on my scopas tang. Are these brown spots something to worry about? He does appear to be flashing but has a good appetite. My Anthias was found dead this morning. He had what looked like a small circular hole on his back. I don’t know if they are related.

It could possibly be black ich, it's hard to tell from the pics.
