Help with shipping probes wet

I’m looking to buy an Apex from someone but they’ve lost the little caps that keep the probes wet when storing. I’m in the UK and can’t find replacement probe caps anywhere online.

I know only the pH and ORP probes need to stay wet, but does anyone have any creative ideas how to keep them wet during shipping?

If you know the probe diameter you could probably McGyver some out of silicone or nylon tubing (cut into small segments and glue or melt one end).

Stick the whole thing, connector and all into a small plastic bottle of RO and ship that sucker.
Just gotta dry the connector when you get it. BNC connectors are pretty robust stuff.
