Help with SPS

Over the last week some of my SPS are bleaching in random spots. Can anyone give some insight?

The 2nd pic is a Bali slimer with 0 polyp extension and looking terrible. I have another one on the other side of the tank which is doing well.

Been dosing TM All for Reef for the last 5 months without any issues.

Parameters:
No3: 5
Po4: 0.04
Kh: 8
Ca: 410
Mg: haven't tested

Look healthy to me...

The orange Digi? That hasn't broken. I should have included this pic as well, the frag started showing the same bleached area in the middle, not the tip or the base. The tip survived but the middle section is now dead

Pic you just shared I see the sps but mostly hair algae. Lol.

That’s growing on the dead middle section
