Help with Sump Build

Oh wow. Lol.. Ok now that's some thing I have no idea how to do.. I now when I shut off power water fill my sump but I'll have to see how much it is.. I had no idea I could control that..

So if your DT is 24 X 36 and 2" of the water drains into sump..... u need room for an extra 7.5 gallons of water! Picking up what I'm throwing down?

Even if you just had 3" of room left in your sump there would still be enough room for 5.5 gallons so I'm sure this won't be a big issue.

So here's you basic drawing. Wish I had a cad program or atleast some better paper. Anyways should get u there. I also gave you some plumbing pics. Go to your lfs and find the filter socks of your choice. Gonna have to figure something out as a way to mount some bulkheads to hold your intake plumbing also. You can see what I made. Pretty simple.

Cut your 2 main bulkheads than cut the 3 bubble trap pieces. Drill both main bulkheads. Start sealing stuff in there. Once u start it will go easy bud.
