Help with tank purchase

Hey everyone, I’m about to pick up a used tank but have a couple concerns. It’s a 72x36x22 246 gallon. The only issue is it was custom drilled with no over flow. There are 6 holes total drilled and one well below the water line that was used for water changes. I’ve never had a tank without a traditional over flow. I’m concerned obviously about leaks, but also the noise level of how it drains. Has anyone had a tank set up similar? Any major concerns with this? Thanks in advance. See the pictures for reference. The top two on the left are overflows, middle four are returns, and bottom right was used to do water changes and was connected with a ball valve.

You could always plug/patch the bulkhead holes with glass and silicone. If it's a decent deal I wouldn't be too worried about it. Looks like it was running for a while before being taken down.

There is a couple options here. Like @RockRash says patch them. You could also use them. While I typically dont like drains like that they do make an overflow thing.... ahh yes a pic

You can get them from custom aquariums not sure the size but its called h2overflow.
As for the other holes you could use them as a closed loop system or the upper ones as your returns. That lower one in the bottom right would be where the water comes out for the closed loop. You could also use that for a drain to aid in water change. Its a nice size tank I dont like how they drilled it but as long as the rest is in good shape and it was a good deal I would probably still take it. You could also contact one of the custom overflow people and have an overflow built for those two drains and patch the rest there are options.
