Help with Toadstool

Hello. I've been out of town for a about 7 days and came back and my toadstool was shedding. It finished shedding but now the "stalk" has a weird bulge and polyps aren't extending. It shed right before I left to go out of town as well. Any ideas what's going on? Everything else (soft corals and some inverts) are thriving.

looks fine but that aiptasia next to it could a problem

Thanks. Seems to have opened up more now and the bulge is gone. Yes, I need to get something that'll eat the aiptasia, it's becoming a problem.
