Help: Zoas shrinking and closing

So about 3 months ago I switched from a Biocube to 60gcube. Zoas were growing and doing great in the Biocube under ai sol. Fast forward to now to the 60g cube and half my Zoas are shrinking and staying closed. As well as hardly any new growth. Im LPS are doing fine. I'm thinking my issue is the water is too clean. I'm running radion gen 3, reef octopus skimmer, and a MR1 GFO. Any thoughts? I don't wanna lose my fruit loops after already losing sunny ds and bams. I haven't detected any pests either.

I also switched my water change schedule to every other week to no avail

my zoos shrink when my calcium levels are low, what is your calcium level?

What are your parameters? Sounds like light i've noticed smaller zoos like cleaner water but to get too clean water is very hard.

Ok here's my parameters.
Salinity: 1.024
Ca: 400
Mg: 1300
Dkh: 6.7
PH: 7.9 which is consistent

I understand my dkh is low. I also use reef crystals I'm case you're wondering

My zoas hate low Alk and Alk swings... Might wanna get your Alk up.

You Calcium is also low.
