I have been a marine tank hobbyist for many years and have had many tanks, my last being a 125 gal saltwater tank for over 10 yrs. I am now a long haul Covid survivor, also diagnosed with a/fib and leukaemia. My tank had to be decommissioned since 2021 due to health.
For my b/d my wife bought me a Coralland 8-gallon saltwater tank in February to boost my spirits.
Upon setting up the pump (that came with the kit, a IOAOU button-suction submersible) would only run for 2 seconds then the controller gave an E5 code 🤔. No instructions to solve
AND the IOAOI LED #RR-247 when plugged in only has the centre red lights working and again the controller does not work.
We are past the Amazon Return date and no place to contact for warranty’s and the cost of purchase for the kit.
Need help for suggestions to solve PLEASE as I am now left with just a cube tank and not able to move forward with my hobby 😢

I would check but I think a Sicce Syncra 0.5 would fit and work well in that tank.
Snowman, sent you a PM, I’m about an hour south from you. If you’re having trouble let’s see if we can get it going.
