Seems to be withering away tank cycled for a month with a fire fish and 3 blue hermits 3 lbs of live rock and tests are great what am I doing wrong? Too much light not enough flow? Please help I dont want to loose this nice drag before it takes hold
 
Hi and welcome. :-)

What is your lighting type? Move the piece to a different spot where the light is not as intense. I would also do a water change to be on the safe side and check specific gravity.
