When it comes to available parts I think Deltec will win. (especially the motor parts)
The design of Nyos is not bad but not the best for maintenance IMO

Ok even with ecotech selling the nyos?
The price for both of them is about the same that's why I'm torn. I've talk to a few people with nyos and they love them and I know Adam at battle corals swears by deltec so that's where I'm at right now cause I'm sick of having a decent skimmer I want the best for once something I don't have to worry about

I just don't think you can go wrong with Deltec based on design.
So now order up that Orphek skimmer! LOL

9" diameter cup, 4" neck. Ya its a little big but I swear the best I have ever owned.
U owened one? That's awesome where did u get it from? And the web said it's good from 125 gallons -300 u think that's true cause that would be a perfect skimmer for my situation
