Something wrong with my trumpet coral for some reason they are not grown [emoji82]

How long have you had them?
What lighting type?
Do you feed them?
Is water chemistry in line?
 
I've had them for a month and they are not producing any other heads
 
Yes I target feed them they seem to swollen up during feeding time
 
What's the time on growth on them?? To foam a brain colony
