I have 4 hermits 1 is pretty big and I'm planning on adding more members for a clean up crew but I'm concerned whether hes going to torment them. ( current crew: 4 snails, 2 fire shrimps, 1 sand shifting star)

I keep a lot (20 - 25) of the small "reef safe" hermits in my 40 gallon tank and don't see signs of aggression of larger ones towards smaller ones. I like them because they do seem to be efficient cleaners and they are in motion a lot. They are also entertaining.
