Hew heads on hammer??

So I was going over my tank this morning at lights on, and noticed two growths between the current heads on my hammer. Are these new heads growing? I can’t get a much clearer pic, as I don’t want to take the coral out of the tank..

could definitely be two heads forming. keep an eye on it as it grows.

Looks like the heads are splitting

I definatly have had new heads spout from a stalk. Starts as a bump then a new head forms.
