Hey new to Reefing

Welcome r2r.png

Welcome to R2R and the salty world. As advised take things slowly. Lots of knowledgeable and helpful people here who will support and advise you when needed.

Hey I'm working on starting a 140 red reef peninsula 650. I'm also working on some aquaculture with phytoplankton, Rotifer, copepods, brine shrimp, and mysis shrimp. I'm getting the Neptune Apex dream bundle to automate the whole thing.

I'm getting the bulk of the equipment from BRS and some live stock from WWC, Unique, and Austin.

I have done a lot of research and I for sure want to base this tank off of 2 Dragonets. One Green Mandarin and one Ruby Red. The problem is I can't seem to find a reputable fish store who carry both. I'm also looking for a red emerald crab(ruby) and a blue porcelain crab.

Does anyone have any advice for reputable online fish stores? I have a lot for Coral but coming up short for fish and invertebrates.

Welcome! Glad you joined.
+1 vote TSM Aquatics - they do special orders - they can lose emails into their spam folder, so email them what you seek and then phone during business hours so they can find your email, mark it not spam and then you'll not go into spam again

Have you considered starting your build thread? I found its a great place to document my tank's evolution for myself. I started tank first then joined, so I'm still finding myself going back collecting pictures & updating historically as well as current state. Once you create your first post in your thread and link it to your account, they will give you build badge (look left, under my ID)
