Hi guys, I have a tank on order and have been building out a space for it in my living room, very excited to make a start in a few weeks from scratch.

I have kept tropicals for over 10 years, and this is my first adventure into saltwater. Im watching videos and reading books, and i will be venturing into the mini reef side of things, using as much captive bred and captive grown fish and corals.

There is a lot to learn, I will be taking it slowly! Glad to be here and thanks in anticipation of your expertise and help. I will also try to contribute when i know something to feedback!

My main priority is fish and coral health, and eventually I hope to have a beautiful setup.

Welcome to the reef! I would suggest the Bulk Reef Supply videos called the “52 weeks of reefing.” They are very informative and will walk you through every step. Can’t wait to see the tank.... do a build thread with lots of pictures!
