Hi guys/girls is this normal

I got home from work my green BTA looked fine about an hour later deflated and looks horrible, first nem a little worried, got it on sunday is this normal

Anemones are funny. One minute they look good, the next they shrink to a quarter of their size. It could be water quality, feeding, removing waste, too much light etc.
Keep monitoring it and if no change, test water quality and make necessary adjustments to its environment slowly. Is everything else doing well in your tank?

All good it was just remibing waste im fairly sure its back to its big beautiful self now lol... insane how small they get... thanks for your help stopped me stressing all night lol
 
Yes, it's normal. My wife sometimes looks like that. :rolleyes:
