Standard DOA you must accept the coral on first delivery attempt. If by chance the corals shows up dead please send me pictures of the corals within 24 hrs of delivery and I will send you a replacement or refund minus shipping fees, if possible. Shipping for replacement are not included. I am not responsible for carrier delays, but will will work something out with you
