High results....Cycle after transfer/new tank? Help!

Successfully transferred from a 75g to a peninsula 650 140 gallon about 10 days ago... new high numbers below and livestock. I know I should do a large water change this weekend but how big? Using API and Red Sea for Alk, Calc, Mg. Hanna for pH and Salinity. Red Sea skimmer has been working and producing "skimmate" the last few days. Started a refugium today with 2 cups chaeto...

Nitrites: 0.25
Nitrites 40ppm
Calcium 480ppm
Alkalinity 11.8
Magnesium 1380

2 Black Storm
4 Chromis
Hippo Tang

Equipment not set up yet is the UV 57w Sterilizer and Torq 1.0 (planned to use for carbon)

How long was the previous tank set up for and did you reuse the rock? I wouldn't trust the Ammonia and Nitrite tests if you used the same live rock..

I used only a few pieces of the same rock and a good amount of the same water with the livestock transfer.... old tank was also set up for less than a year.

Do a 20% change and add liquid bacteria to accelerate cycle. Product such as Dr. tims or Fritz turbo zyme 900 will fo wonders
