One of my torches that I've had for about a month has been shrunk and showing small holes. Any idea whats going on?

Is it truly holes or could it be perhaps flatworms the benign kind which likes to live inside corals and smother them slowly as they reproduce? I think they are called planaria, wrasses do a great job at keeping them at bay, specially the leopoard wrasse in my opinion.

If it’s truly holes, then i have no idea because i have never heard of it before.

I’m in the same boat. Saw it on a torch today. Coral seems happy as can be but definitely has holes in the sides of the polyps.

dont believe it flat worms. it weird that they are all uniformed at the bottom base.

It does seem really weird that each polyp has 1 hole in a similar spot. If it was a pest you would think that it wouldn’t be so uniform.
